Children love to learn - they're hungry for new and hands-on experiences, excited to play as they form ideas of what the world is. But, where in the Berks County area can these adults-in-training go to feed their inquisitive little minds? A proposed interactive children's museum, GiggleWorks, will fill that critical need.
Courtesy of local institution R.M. Palmer, GiggleWorks has a brick and mortar home. With the help of a few friends, GiggleWorks can be a reality, and become part of the engine that drives greater Reading's economic development progress.
The GiggleWorks Home
We envision 13 large exhibits, classroom space and lots of wide-eyed wonderment at GiggleWorks, at First Avenue and Franklin Street in the charming borough of West Reading. GiggleWorks has nearly 20,000 square feet of fun just waiting to be unleashed: dinosaurs, water play center, chocolate candy making, science lab, toddler area, and more!
Help us bring the fun!
